Oasis webinars can use built-in reminder emails by going to Manage Feature, selecting Reminder Email, then checking the Email tab in Detail. You can set reminders for 1, 3, and 7 days before the live event, and edit the message with the pencil icon if needed. If you use Zoom or another integrated webinar platform, you can also use that platform’s reminders, but it’s better to choose only one system to avoid sending duplicate emails. The recommendation is to stick with either Oasis reminders or the native platform’s reminder emails, not both.
